Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a scientifically validated therapeutic approach widely used to treat anxiety, stress, and many emotional difficulties.

CBT focuses on the interaction between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Sometimes, unhelpful thinking patterns or behaviours can maintain or intensify distress.

How Therapy Works

Ongoing Sessions

In the following sessions, we will work together to:

  • identify patterns of thinking or behaviour that maintain difficulties

  • understand emotional responses

  • develop practical coping strategies

CBT often includes practical tools and exercises to try between sessions, helping create lasting change.

​

Sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes and take place via secure video consultation.

​
