About me

For fifteen years, I worked in corporate environments — in roles that demanded performance, resilience, and an ability to absorb pressure without showing it. I know what it means to succeed on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside. As I worked in internal communication and employee engagement, my job was to support individuals navigating organisational change, professional pressure, and increasing challenges related to stress, burnout, and work-life balance.

This experience gave me a deep understanding of the psychological and emotional impact of modern professional environments and naturally led me to train in psychology and psychotherapy, earning a certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and building a practice grounded in both clinical rigour and real-world experience.

I am also certified in parenting support. I believe that supporting parents is particularly important in today's world. Being a parent is not easy — I am one myself, and I understand. When parents feel supported, it helps children grow in a healthier and more confident way. Today, I combine evidence-based therapeutic tools with a strong understanding of professional and family dynamics to offer a practical and personalised approach to therapy.

Having grown up in an international environment and lived abroad for many years, I have a multicultural background. I work comfortably with expats and culturally diverse patients, offering therapy in both English and French.
