Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking.

How do online sessions work?

Sessions are 45 to 60 minutes long and take place via secure video call. All you need is a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection. Online therapy offers flexibility and allows you to access support wherever you are in the world. We typically meet weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs and availability.

How long does therapy take?

This depends on your needs and goals. Some come for a few sessions to work through a specific issue, while others choose longer-term support. We regularly review your progress together.

Where are you based and what time zones do you cover?

I'm based in France and work flexibly across European time zones and overlapping US hours. We'll find a slot that works for your schedule. I specialise in working with expats and international professionals from personal experience. Living abroad can bring unique challenges — such as isolation, identity shifts, or pressure to "make it work" — and therapy can help you navigate these more confidently.

How much does a session cost?

An individual session is 60€. I also offer packages designed to ease the financial side of therapy.

  • 4 sessions at 220€
  • 8 sessions at 420€
Is online therapy more affordable?

I offer transparent pricing that is often more accessible compared to private therapy in countries like the UK, Switzerland, or Dubai. This allows you to access consistent support without long waiting times or high costs. I also offer packages designed to ease the financial side of therapy, so cost is less of a barrier to getting support.

What kind of issues do you support?

I mainly support people with:

  • Anxiety and overthinking
  • Stress and burnout
  • Work-related pressure
  • Life transitions (moving abroad, career changes, parenthood)
  • Emotional overwhelm and difficulty switching off
How do I know if this is right for me?

If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns you can't seem to change, therapy can help. You don't need to be in crisis — many people come simply because they want to feel better and regain clarity. What is important is to feel comfortable with your therapist. The discovery call is a chance for you to ask questions, tell me a little about what you're going through, and get a feel for whether working together is the right fit. There's no pressure and no commitment required.

How do I get started?

You can book a discovery call where we explore what's going on for you, what you're looking for, and how we could work together. This is also a chance for you to see if you feel comfortable working with me.
