How I Help

I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you understand anxiety or the challenges you are facing, reduce overwhelm and build healthier patterns. I support professionals, expats, parents navigating anxiety, stress, emotional challenges and burnout to regain balance in life.
What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a scientifically validated therapeutic approach widely used to treat anxiety, stress, and many emotional difficulties.
CBT focuses on the interaction between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Sometimes, unhelpful thinking patterns or behaviours can maintain or intensify distress.
CBT helps you:
- identify patterns that maintain difficulties
- better understand how your mind works
- develop healthier coping strategies
- create practical and sustainable changes in daily life
CBT is a structured, practical, and goal-oriented therapy.
